ScriptGecko converts public Instagram Reels and videos into readable, timestamped transcripts without requiring a local video upload. Users paste a supported public Instagram URL, wait for the spoken audio to be processed, and then copy or download the resulting text as a TXT file. The tool is designed for creators repurposing their own content, marketers studying public creative, and researchers who need searchable notes instead of repeatedly replaying a video. Guest users can create two free transcripts per UTC day, while signed-in users receive three free daily transcripts. Private, deleted, restricted, silent, or inaccessible Instagram content is not supported.
